The Beellerio accommodation is an independent house in the hilly and piedmont area of Magnano in Riviera. The context is that of an inhabited village located on the edge of the chestnut woods on the southern and sunny side of the Chiampeon and Faeit mountains.
The structure is made up of an open space living area with kitchen and sitting room, a spacious double bedroom, a bedroom with two beds, bathroom and closet. The living area and the double bedroom open onto a small terrace. The house has independent methane gas heating. It has a parking space and closed garage for bicycles.
The house has land a short distance away where an olive grove has been created, installing a small apiary and enhancing old fruit trees such as pears, figs, cherries and mulberries. At night there is no light pollution and therefore the place is also valuable for sky observation enthusiasts.
The surrounding area offers a network of marked and documented trails and forest roads that attract hikers and mountain bikers: the Valle del Torre is a 10-minute drive away, Monte Faeit can be reached on foot or by mountain bike, Monte Cuarnan is accessible in 15 minutes by car or with an interesting hiking trail.
Other destinations of naturalistic interest that are within a half-hour drive are: the Parco delle Prealpi Giulie, Lake Cavazzo, the Casa delle Farfalle, the Oasi dei Quadris, Villanova delle Grotte.
